I wouldn't waste your money Was sent one nothing was lined up there were only two suction ends in the pack and even sent for new batteries when the Ines I had are suitable stay clear get your doctor to do it

Completely useless
It has no suction and does not do anything. If it did suck any wax out, where would it go? Into the machine. When I tried to see if it would suck anything up, it didn't. Very disappointed although nurse at doctors said it did not sound like a good idea anyway.
