I ordered this item immediately when i noticed that the price was nearly half that of Mopar.com. I looked elsewhere for cut to fit ones for just a few dollars cheaper and I was not impressed with the quality or look. Im a photographer and constantly loading and unloading 200-500 lbs of gear. I destroyed the trunk of my cadillac so when i got my new jeep I wanted a little more protection. This thing is more money than i would have liked to spend, but incant argue with its quality. It surpassed my expectations by a lot... in fact it made me hop online and order all the matching floormats immediately when i got it! This oem cargo mat is well made of durable rubber. It's no too heavy like some cargo mats, but it is plenty thick. I like that you can remove it easily if you want, although you will probably always leave it in place. I would recommend this product for the money. It fit my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee perfectly and it looks good too! It feels more like plastic than a rubber mat and there was no plastic or rubber smell. I have not tried carrying anything on it so I cannot say if items will slide around. It has deep enough channels that sand and/or liquids should be contained. I am very satisfied with this mat.
