Easy carry trauma kit
At last a trauma kit that's easy to carry yet full featured. The kit consists of an H&H (a trusted brand so you know the quality won't let you down) Patrol Officer Casualty Kit for Emergency Trauma (POCKET). This consists of: One H&H PriMed Compressed Gauze One H&H TK4-L Tourniquet One H&H Mini Compression Bandage One H&H Compact Wound Seal witTwo Gauze Pads One Pair of Large Nitrile Gloves Everything is individually vaccum-sealed and the kit is stored in a larger easy-to-open heavy-duty vacuum-sealed packet so everything will stay together and clean even if you don't use the NcStar pouch. The pouch is good-quality and heavy duty. It's molle compatible but just as easily attaches to a belt. The zips have good puller tabs so less chance of fumbling when seconds count. As well as the main compartment the pouch has a small zipped front compartment, a full-length pocket under the flap and a full length pocket at the rear of the main compartment. There's not much spare room but my added haemostatic crystals fit no problem. The inside of the pouch is 'rubberised' and that probably gives some water and dust protection. The included red cross patch can easily be removed and your own morale patch attached. All-in-all, I'm delighted with my kit and carry it daily.
