Miss Marked Transistor.
The transistor marked as MJ15023 should be a PNP power transistor, but actually is a NPN transistor, i do not think Motorola should make this kind of mistake. We installed it on an Audionics 200W audio power amplifier that always burn the buffer transistor & the push-pull amp. could not set up the DC balance, then we measured the MJ15023 transistor (not burned) is a NPN transistor.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
