I like this on-hold player because it comes with a usb stick preloaded with a variety of greeting and music profiles that I can choose from. It also lets you customize your own greeting through a downloadable utility but for our purpose we chose one of the cell-phone optimized files. I tested this and it actually works, the music didn't cut out when calling from a cell phone. The player also has a built-in speaker which makes it easy to check the audio currently being played on the device. I mounted ours on the wall using the screws provided. I'm happy with this product and it's working out well so far.
