    Excellent 5-HTP. My favorite!

    This product is effective if your brain receptors don't fill up with too much of this. This product worked great at first. Unfortunately, too much of this product can have the opposite effect. Be careful. More isn't always better. In moderation, this product is excellent and my favorite brand.
