Triphala Is Helpful
I have both IBS and a hiatal hernia that have been treated with prescription drugs for many years. If I missed a dose, I had the consequence of pain and the effects of the diseases. After reading the benefits of Triphala, I started taking the supplement (capsule) and have found very good results in controlling my conditions.
