Comfortable, loud and easy to use
This device comes with 2 options for the ear pad, one is truly just a cushion with no way to secure it inside of your ear, the other pad has a small insert but it holds really well. If your wearing the the cushion pad, it isn't going to stay tight and secure, it kind of hangs there, so don't wear that pad if your active. BUT between both pads they include, they are both SUPER comfortable. This device is REALLY light, I really do forget that I even have it on sometimes. The sound is outstanding, very loud and very clear, and I've been told the noise cancellation works extremely well, as often times I drive with my windows down and people can't even tell, plus working outside on a windy day people have no clue. I have connected this to two devices and it works no problem. The voice recognition and voice commands work well. I also installed the Jabra connect software on my phones, the software is really kind of pointless but it does tell me the battery life remaining, so I would suggest you install the software but most certainly it is not required. You should expect about 6-hours of time before you get "low battery", this is the one area where I would say they need to improve. But on the bright side it does charge FAST, plus they include the little car adapter so you can charge it from an electrical outlet, your vehicle or even your USB on a laptop. I'm a tough critic on bluetooth ear buds, I've gone through a bunch and had many issues, but this one covers all the bases. On a side note there is an accessory that you can buy which is really neat, it is an over the head set, you remove the pad and slide it into the head set, this is great for a few reasons but this piece is a Jabra manufactured part and it is designed specifically for the supreme UC or supreme UC MS. I absolutely love this Bluetooth because it sets on your ear rather than in your ear. Very comfortable. Sometimes I forget I'm wearing it. I use a Bluetooth as a personal assistance. Positive and negative
This is a good product that does what is described. The thing I see wrong is that it will disconnect and reconnect at anytime. It does not fit snugly around the ear. When I try to listen to a voice mail, it will not connect so I have to listen from the phone.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Poor fit, therefore poor sound
The Jabra's design for fitting on the ear leaves it loose fitting and difficult to get it to lay flush with the ear. This makes the sound thin and tinny. They need a secondary pressure point to press it against the ear.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
