Been searching for a low profile dual band antenna so I gave this a try. Looks real nice and is what I want, but is really not usable as an antenna. VHF receive is weak and transmit is not able to deliver either. If you're wanting to work VHF this is not the antenna for you, and I really wanted it to work :( Marc

I tried all of the 10 antennas that I purchased on one install and using a Telewave watt meter and the reflected power was way too high anywhere from 22-28 watts on all 10 antennas could not use them for my customer in the VHF band

Put this on the anylizer on both UHF and VHF. Althought it does have a decent match on UHF, on VHF the match is about 4:1 across the ham band. It is not a dual band antenna, and barely a UHF antenna.

The antenna does not tune in the VHF band. The SWR is at times 5:1. The antenna cannot hear or receive. Horrible purchase. Pure Junk!

Looks nice, good quality construction. Receive is good, but transmit may require a fill size antenna.
