Great for adding fiber to your diet. Was recommended by a doctor to try. It helps with many GI issues, such as diverticulosis, constipation, poor diet, etc. This adds bulk, and keeps things moving. Adds regularity. A very inexpensive relief. No fixed dosage amount. Keep taking more, until you get the desired result. I find 10 capsules a day works for me.
