This is a great product that adds both form and function to any tremolo equipped guitar. I install these on all my guitars that have a tremolo system. Not only is it far easier to adjust the tremolo spring tension, but it also adds some mass (sustain) to the guitar. Plus it looks cool! The Sure Claw makes the old setup seem primitive and flimsy...get a Sure Claw today and you'll see what I mean. :)

Seriously....this is a no-brainer. First and foremost, the quality of the claw is immediately apparent. There's a noticeable "weight"/mass to the Sure Claw which provides add'l sustain and sense of security. And, of equal importance, the simplicity in grabbing your hex key and adjusting the spring tension/tremolo level/stability, is, once again, a no-brainer. In my case, as to part of my reasoning for purchasing this, is due to an old and brittle claw screw breaking off in the body of the guitar, and having difficulty, due to space, using a drill bit removal system. I have an original (made in Japan) Jackson Rhoads EX circa '91/'92 which I am upgrading/restoring. Clearly, the Sure Claw serves purpose, as well, in cases where broken/lodged claw screws have you pullin' your hair out. As such, the Suree Claw has added resonance and stability to my V. And again, the quality and weight of the item speaks for itself. I've already got my eyes on 2 of my ESP"s for this very upgrade/Sure Claw. See the attached pics I've provided.
