Perfect replacement.
I had an old 5th generation 80gb iPod with a limited battery life. I hated the idea of getting rid of it and trying to find a replacement. Especially since they don't make them anymore. This battery replacement gave new life to my old iPod. Fit perfectly and once placed in correctly, the terminals lined up fine. the only thing missing is double back tape to keep it in place, fortunately I had available. All dead in every order I received. A total waste of money on cheap batteries from china. They are certainly not worth buying. I even received one that was all puffed out and not eve worth installing. It's the 30gb size and shows as dead
This battery is the 30 gb size. The 30gb ipod isn't even included on this listing. And it has been plugged in for roughly 9 hours and the charge indicator shows it being completely dead.
