  • Better than Stan's sealant.

I run really light tires, 285 gram Maxxis Maxxlite 285's on my weight weenie trail bike. Since it tends to shred ultralight tubes when they pinch-flat, I've been running them tubeless with Stan's sealant. I've not been able to get Stan's to seal a fairly big hole (something any larger than 1/16") in the tread, and have had to replace a couple of otherwise good tires damaged this way. I also found it was often difficult to get new Maxxlite 285's to seat and inflate properly, and took a good deal of work to make them seal completely. I switched to orange seal, and found that not only does it seal much quicker, but I was able to seal a hole punched in the tread that Stan's wouldn't have sealed. Since the sidewalls are so thin, it's no surprise that these tires also leak down quicker than most. I've found that they seem to hold air much longer with Orange Seal, though. For these reasons, I really recommend this product.

  • Orange Seal vs. Stan's

My experience with Stan's was pretty bad, however the Orange Seal definitely was an improvement when using them for a road type application.

  • I love orange

This stuff is much better than the Stans sealant. It does not dry out and turn into coral balls inside the tire.

  • Good refill for the 8oz bottle

Save a little coin by getting this size. The 32 oz is a bit much for my needs, it drys out before I can use it.

  • Best sealant out there!

Probably not the most recognized sealant brand, but its performance is the best. I’ve never had a flat with Orange Seal. Many cyclists swear by it.
