Has helped prevent recurring UTI (in my opinion)
For me, this has been a helpful product. I have had recurring bouts of UTI recently and each came on, shortly after a bout of love-making. I recalled reading that to prevent UTI, it could help to acidify the urine, by taking cranberry extract (in some cases). Since taking this extract (once per day) I have not had another UTI, despite my sex life staying exactly the same, as before (in frequency and type of sex).
