It was in good shape (clean, no broken plastic, good wiring connections with no need for further OBD/ star programing. The replacement part was one number removed from the original part. In other words it was built two units after the original part at the factory. Perfect for me. My original unit was overworked from a air leak under the drivers seat that I did not hear hissing until too late. The vehicle is a 2001 Mercedes Benz S-430 W220 M113.
