Metal and plastic
Tailgate arrived. Pieces fit to new truck fine but had to use old bolts because there was not enough packed into the box. The second problem is the tailgate handle. This piece and the inner workings are an off size so when you pull the handle up the L and R Hitch pieces slide off of the handle pieces making it impossible to open. The only way to open the gate is to unscrew everything and manually pull the left and right pieces of metal to open the gate. If you do not then it remains closed and locked. There were also no manuals or information provided. It is not a big deal but information is always nice.

Everything was there fit the truck unfortunately it was riddled full of dents. It cost more to have them fixed than the paint and gate cost combined. Certainly not impressed it was supposed to be in new condition unfortunately it had been threw a hail storm.

It's ok for the price
Received the tailgate with a small dent, the letters raised are badly stamped and the handle is rather cheap/weak. You can almost pull the handle out when opening the tailgate. The bolts included are only for the brackets and the bracket were slightly off when installing so you have to force them in. It's ok to fill up the empty space if you have a busted tailgate and for the price it does it's job but I wouldn't buy another one.
