I purchased this to actually use it in an eye wash with Bright Eyes. I also take 1 tablet a day out of the two recommended but use the other for the wash. I have noticed a little difference in my vision as I have only been taking it for a month now. I would recommend this to others who are looking to keep their vision intact. As we age, more and more are developing cataracts and age macular degneration. Taking this as well as Solray's Lutein 24 mg has helped.
