  • Great controller, just replace the battery.

I mainly bought this for the Xbox look and feel, and the sixaxis, since I own some games where you would use the motion sensing. It was also a good price, especially for it being brand new. I was warned that the internal battery may not charge and that I would have the leave it plugged in to play with it. Which isn't a really big deal since the cable is 6 foot long. When I received the controller, I found that the warnings were true. So I unscrewed the controller, and replaced the internal battery with another 3.7v battery. (You can find these batteries in RC helicopters. Or buy these really cheap on eBay for less than $5.) These controllers are old and batteries do expire after some time. This is an easy fix and it's also an upgrade since you can buy a battery that will hold a longer charge. i haven't had any problems, except when I was playing Skate 3. It wasn't fully registering my movements with the joysticks. So I turned the vibration off, and it worked just as it should have. I played for 2 hours with no problems. And played for 3 more hours on fighting games like Injustice, Aquapazza, Marvel vs Capcom 3, Naruto Revolutions, and I even played a little bit of Metal Gear Solid 2 HD Collection. Everything works great. LED lights are a nice feature. The battery indicator is also a nice feature. And the price is very attractive. It's hard to find a good Xbox lookalike controller with sixaxis features with a cheap price tag, so I'm glad I found this one.
