Did research off and on for 2 weeks before deciding on a deep fryer. Decided on the commercial grade Waring WDF 1000 it was a good choice. Nice strong baskets, easy cleaning. I cook in my work shop so when I finish cooking I pour out the oil, then use the garden hose to rinse it off before putting it in the dishwasher. Except for the control head which I wash by hand.
