This is over all the best TV that i've owned. While the set is only a 1080p imagine and we're well into the 4k era and even have 8k tvs now this still rocks. I replaced my 75" lg Nano cell 4k tv with this 65" plasma and its not contest. The plasma blows that thing away in picture quality. The only real flaw is its from 2013. So that means its a early smart tv. Which means the smart tv aspect is absolutely useless. You'll be plugging something into it to get any use out of it. Still this tv is a no brainer. If you're crt lover than plasma was the next natural progression. Near perfect blacks and amazing color. The only thing with better blacks that you could buy would be an oled and this is maybe 1/4 the cost if you find a buyer who's not crazy.

I see people saying Plasma tv's are outdated, and why did Panasonic put so much time and effort into making a product that is obsolete...The reason that plasma is no longer around is because they perfected it. Today the market is flooded with pieces of you know what tv's that burn out much faster, and are not perfected. The Panasonic ZT is still the best tv you can buy. How many tv's out there have 600Hz refresh rate??? 30,000 hours until the pixels start to fade. This is a FLAGSHIP OF ALL TV'S ON THE MARKET PAST AND PRESENT. Yes OLED's and SUHD are nice pictures but they burn out a lot faster. Anyone who puts this model has absolutely no idea what they are talking about. They see a nice 4K picture at first, then after a while the resolution degrades to that worse than a 720p. If you are looking for a great tv with every option available then this tv is the answer. Like the saying goes, "they just don't make them like they use to"...do your research on CNET's website about the ZT, and you will find out why this tv is still the best ever made!!!Read full review

For Videophile's the VT60 and ZT60 are the pinnacle of Plasma Technology. If you own one of these and then buy the latest LG B6 or G6 OLED you will be disappointment that the OLED is not noticeably better on 1080P material or should I say 99% of what you can watch today. I own both an LG and a VT60 and while both are very good I always worry that the OLED is going to die on me. The Plasma's don't wear out like OLEDs do and the picture quality is so close that it's hard to know which is which unless I pop in a 4K Bluray and then the OLED shines. If you can get a plasma for a low enough price then jump on it. If the price is almost the same as an OLED of the same size then run.

good picture quality and fancy smart TV apps makes the Panasonic plasma TVs a great choice for people who are looking to enjoy great 3D movies in their living room. My TV has vivid colors and looks gorgeous on the wall. Size matters is you have a big living room and invest money into putting you TV up the wall to replace your Van Gogh ( or whatever painting your taste and budget entertained) . Panasonic put in a great effort to lead the plasma TV manufacturers pack and they managed to impress early in the plasma technology cycle. Plasmas are still bulky and heavy as hell, but beautiful picture. however, now that 4K and OLED technologies are here, one is left wondering why they spent so much money on their plasma TVs when they could see such big jump in picture details (4K) and quality ( OLED brings the deepest blacks and the highest color accuracy I've seen).
