Don't expect a behind the scenes WWE video here. HHH is not in character. Great advice, you can get through a few workouts a day. not too difficult for a beginner. Engaging enough for someone who has been working out for awhile. more of a crossfit feel to it than weight lifting. reps range from 8-12.
Paid very little for the dvd and it has a lot of good workouts that were more intense than I thought they would be and definitely made me break a sweat.
