Absolutely Love this Saw
I am absolutely in love with the Dewalt DCS368B Brushless Reciprocating saw. This replaces an older Dewalt 20v brushed reciprocating saw that flat wore out. I debated staying with the cheaper brushed model but decided the brushless may have a longer life. I am so glad I did. Compared to the brushed model the DCS368B is tremendously more powerful. I use the saw on our 95 acre farm that is overrun with brush. The stumps of the brush can easily reach 4 inches in diameter, large enough for me to contemplate using my Dewalt 20v chainsaw. With the older brushed model it would take from 3 to 5 minutes to cut the base of a 4 inch stump. With the DCS368B I am cutting those same sized stumps in less then 30 seconds. Stumps less than 3 inches in diameter I cutting in less then 10 seconds. I am using the same blades I already had for my older saw and I am also using the same 5ah batteries with both saws so neither factor plays in to the difference. I am currently using the rather inexpensive Dewalt bimetal 12 inch 6 TPI wood cutting blade and I cannot imagine using a more expensive blade could possibly cut faster. Batteries seem to last longer however, I am not sure how much of that is not due to the fact I am spending much less time on each cut. I am heavily invested in the Dewalt 20v line of power tools and I would say to anyone starting out you cannot go wrong with Dewalt.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I love that I can use my Flex-Volt batte...
I love that I can use my Flex-Volt battery in this DCS368B saw and it is built heavy-duty. This saw is also the fastest cutting of any of Dewalt's reciprocating saws. I'm knocking the tool 1 star because it weighs almost 2x what the DCS367B does, and it does not have a 4-position blade clamp.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
