Fun, toy grade rc.
It’s not hobby grade and bought already aware. Purchased to play inside the house, knowing it would be controllable. It is fun to play around with, cool lights and actually fast enough to be fun. Good for younger kids and adults for this purpose. It also will run on any outdoor surface that is relatively smooth. Will take small bumps although anything bib, not so well. For what it is and designed for good!

No power, No speed, can’t climb a slight incline. Parts are weak and cheap. Steering broke within five minutes on concrete driveway.
