Large sturdy case
I ordered this case to fit a rifle that was too long to fit in the next size down. I was lucky enough to find this case priced considerably lower than other identical cases, and free shipping too! It's fairly heavy, but then again, it's large, and sturdy, not lightweight, thin material. I haven't cut the foam as yet, but I've placed the rifle in the case, on top of the foam and this one will accomdate the rifle, just right. It has 6 latches, a heavy duty large handle, and 2 smaller handles, one on each end. In addition, there are wheels on one end so you can pull it longer distances if needed. Case seems ok. Cut the padding to specs for my RP and it fits well. My only issue is with the corners on the OUTSIDE of the case; they appear... warped, and not able to form a good tight seal. While not indestructible it is extraordinary protection for transporting firearms, the wheeled case is a definite plus for heavier firearms with optics. This is an ideal case if transporting by air and your firearms are going to have unconcerned shipping handlers.
