NV255 great vacuum
NV255 is light and easy to use, has great tools and especially made for dog and cat hair.

POOR DESIGN WILL COST YOU BIG $$$!!!
I'm giving one star only because zero stars is not an option! This vacuum like most others will get stopped up in the small hose coming up from the floor. The problem with this vacuum is if you are not to clear the blockage by ramming it through, or worse if you poke a hole in this hose while trying to clear the blockages, there is no way to take the hose off!! It has been built using custom screws to prevent disassembly and WHEN this happens to you, I say when because IT WILL HAPPEN, you will be forced to purchase another vacuum!! Since it is not covered by warranty because it was purchased online shark will offer you a 30% discount on the replacement part (which is pretty much the entire unit) at $130!!! $130!!! This is the 2nd one I purchased in 6 months time!!! You may as well go to Walmart and get a cheap vacuum with a receipt so that atleast you will be able to get a free replacement WHEN it fails on you. Note in the pics the only way I was able to break it down that far was by HAMMERRead full review

Best vacuum ever
This vacuum has so much suction and it’s lightweight as well. We’ve had Dysons, Hoover’s and Bissells and the shark puts them all to shame. We’re fans!
