I've only had the kit installed for about a week, but it's well made, sturdy, and seems like a great solution to add wheels to my generator. The kit was very easy to install. HOW DO YOU VALUE A DISASTER
Simple installation, HOWEVER Wheels fell off after 10 feet. The wheel caps are incapable from holding the wheels on the axle. I had to pay the Honda Dealer to drill holes in the axles and put a washer and cotter pin to make a secure connection. I had to pay $40 to correct the errors of this kit. In addition, I'm 72 and I had to move around a 135 pound generator without wheels. So how do you value a disaster....Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Simple Effective Solution
Works great. I can roll my generator across gravel now with ease. I'd give it 5 stars except I had to work on one of the axle brackets to get it to fit. A cutout meant to fit over an existing nut was slightly out of place. I used a drill to elongate the hole, then everything lined up just fine.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Not what i thought it would be
I purchased this kit at the higher price than other kits like it because I thought it had cotter pins in place of the thin metal caps at the ends of the axles. it did not. Also, the tires may be no flat tires but they are made of some type of foam. After they are installed on the generator and after a few minutes of sitting in one spot will get flat spots on bottom of the tires which makes it difficult to push / pull the generator from where it is sitting.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I would have given 5 stars but the holes on one of the brackets didn't line up with the studs in the unit. I had to drill out the holes a little to make the bracket fit. The larger (no flat) tires are great when dry camping and rolling the unit around in dirt.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Im a hobbyist welder / fabricator. I "was" going to make my own wheel kit... After months of dilly dallying and procrastinating i just bit the bullet and got these wheels before winter. These are overpriced for what they are but paying for convenience bwas worth it for me as i didnt have time to put a good set together. So glad i got them. They fit perfectly with a little wiggle of the bolts and look cool to boot. I expect years of service out of them. Amazing!
I bought the Honda 3000i generator for emergency power. It is a great generator, but too heavy for my wife to move easily. Adding this wheel kit makes a huge difference even though we don't take it any further than from the shed to the patio. Easy to install, very sturdy
