I own and use one of these in find it indispensable. I recently upgraded to the largest of the batteries because I use it for long rugged jobs. I’m purchasing this again including the battery and charger as a present for my sister‘s 60th birthday. She runs a wilderness rental facility at the beach and I can’t think of a better machine for picking up the sand. It is portable, powerful, comfortable to wear and a pleasure to use. .

Nice vacuum, I really like it. It's great having the portability. It also has great suction and seems well built. On the down side, it's fairly heavy, doesn't come with a brush attachment, and the attachments are 2" ID, which, I haven't been able to find so far. If you're going to use it for quick clean ups, the 5ah battery should be fine, otherwise you will need the 9ah or 12ah.
