I thought these tasted great and even gave me a subtle relaxed feeling. I say 'I' because my toddler looked at one and said, 'Orange? I want red' Ahem- and what kid doesn't want red? Isn't that what popsicles teach us at a delicate age? God bless him, he also tried one and said 'yucky' so that was my three year old's opinion, for whom they were purchased. I wonder if he will notice it in his macaroni and cheese tomorrow evening? Turns out it just took turning off the TV and making him take it before I’d turn it back on for him to eat one. Save your money
I have to give melatonin to my 5 yr old in order to for him to have a good night's rest but this didn't work for him. It's 1mg and didn't do justice for him. It's recommended that you only give them 1 and no more than that so I didn't chance it by giving him 2. The brand we used before this was actually 2mg and worked like a charm but thought I would try this brand since it's made more for children but was highly disappointed.
