Drilling is required
Purchased for a 1988 gmc 3500 (square body style) front most holes and rear most holes do line up with factory frame holes. The middle 2 sets of holes require you to drill holes in your frame. Comes with mounting hardware. Hitch is solid and rated for 12,000lbs.

Well built, heavy duty and fit my 1972 chevy C20 perfectly. Came with grade 5 bolts and frame re-enforcements strong enough to comply with the rating of the receiver hitch. Hitch is actually stronger than the frame of the truck. Had to drill holes in truck frame as expected.
