Well made but...
The good rating is qualified because although the hitch is very good quality the fit was not. I had to drill four of the six holes in the frame and had to redroll two of the holes on the hitch because they were in line with a cross frame. Also the angle of the furthest attaching point was on a slightly different angle than the frame. The hitch was supposed to to fit all econoline vans. Mine is a 350 extended van and I stated that in the part search. Maybe it would have been better to actually talk to a live rep.
