The Weston® Deluxe Electric Tomato Strainer has a powerful 250 watt motor and a large-capacity 1 gallon hopper to quickly process large batches of fruits and vegetables with ease. The electric tomato strainer is great for making homemade sauces, purees, jellies, jam, salsa and more. It quickly removes skins and separates seeds from tomatoes and other soft fruits and vegetables without having to core them first. Put your fresh tomatoes or other soft fruits and vegetables directly into the 1 gallon hopper and use the included stomper to safely push them down into the hopper and head. The motor has 2 speeds. The forward speed quickly separates skins and seeds so you're left with just the puree. The reverse speed helps to prevent jamming. The tomato strainer comes with a 1.5mm multipurpose.

I haven’t used it yet. Looks of quality and once I use it I will report back. Okay today I used my Weston food mill to make 4.5gsllons of sause, the machine worked as it should.
