Very easy to install and fixed our problem cheaply.
The water in our camping trailer stopped flowing even though the pump seemed to me working (you could hear it trying to pump). This inexpensive item was the culprit. It was very easy to install so it saved me a lot of time and money by doing it myself. Useful filter, but clogs quickly
This does a good job of filtering water before running through my Shurflo pump. It is relatively easy to clean... which is a good thing because it also fills up pretty quickly. You may have to take the screen out and wash it for a thorough cleaning. Once it clogs, it pretty much blocks any flow to the pump.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This is a very well designed and constructed small strainer or coarse filter. I actually use it to keep small debris out of our cistern water system, which we use for watering plants and flushing toilets. I plan to add one to the watermaker on our boat.
