An excellent, cost friendly choice.
This is is the only stun light on eBay that not only has a high uc rating, it tells you what that is and why that number makes a difference as opposed to the ones that say they are millions of volts, which is just misleading as well as dishonest. I don't recommend "dry firing" these on a regular basis, that will cause damage to the unit and one day when you test it, it will not spark at all. Then it's just a flashlight. I have not had to use mine yet but did brandish and spark it to stop an attacker, told him I was dying to find out how well it worked so keep coming at me. He was not willing to be a test subject, turned tail and ran. I am unsure as to the longevity of the unit, if it will stop working at some point is TBD. Seems decent for the price and claims to inflict maximum pain. That makes me feel safer because not every attacker or mugger will be stopped by a lesser stun gun, it will merely hurt a lot, make them angrier and possibly hurting you worse that if you did nothing.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good at first, then not trustworty.
The stun gun/flashlight seem to be made of durable materials, but the belt holster is not very good quality. I have had to resew the stitching on the belt loop strap because it broke shortly after putting it on. Though, due to this strap failing twice (first the top stitching, then the lower), I have found the stun gun itself is sturdy enough to drop a feet onto concrete and other hard surfaces and not have any damage. Update: The charging light only worked the first time I plugged it in. I plug it in for about five hours every week, but because the charging light doesn't come on (either red or green), I don't know if it is actually charging or not. The light still works, but I don't want to risk "dry running" it and possible have it malfunction in case I need to use it--if it is even charging enough to be used at all. I am going to have to change my original rating from a "4" to a "2" due to this issue. Update 2: I am lowering this down to 1 star. The product stopped working altogether and can not be charged. With lots of cheap flashlight stun guns out there, this one is a step up. It subjectively seems to have power based on the snapping sounds. Impressive high rate, bright, spark
The only reason it lost a star is instructions say it should be limited to non contact bursts of only one second. Very loud 40-60 pps gives impressive light and sound. Others I have offer 10-15 pps, which I have tried on myself. But I won't be with this one.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Simply awesome product
Very powerful stun gun! Easy to manipulate, and comfortable in the hand. Flashlight is definitely, a plus. Strobe function, capable of disorienting, and confusing, any adversary. Bought two of these for the wife and her BFF for when they go hiking in the evenings. Just the sound of this thing's electrical crack will strike fear into the hearts of most anyone you come across! Nice solid feel, good weight and feels good in the hand. I just received the Sabre S-3000SF Maximum Strength Tactical Stun Gun, and I must say, that it is great protection. I’ll never test it on myself, because I don’t want to be on the receiving end of this device; based on level of microcoulombs at 2.517. Bought this for when I am walking my small dogs. My fault I guess I didn’t read well enough but there is no place to put a wrist strap so unless I have pockets it’s not easily carried.
