Really worth the price. Made out of really strong material. Unrolling the mat was the hardest by one person. Until I came up with the idea to plug in rolled up, for about 30-45 minutes. It immediately lost its rigidity and was able to lay it down on a piece of plywood 3/4 inch 24x48 plywood. Which I highly recommend for even distribution of heat, as I have seen few YouTube videos, where it was placed directly on the carpet. I am using it with external thermostat to keep my seed temperature between 75-80 F. Been 15 days and have 4 Jiffy 72 pellets trays sitting on it. Only time will tell. Quality wise, highly recommended. Good luck with your seedlings. A++++
