Very, very comfortable! Reminds me of fast trac 2 [good hard hat liner]. Head size adjustment is awesome! I don't like/need the flip band but we'll worth dealing with. Sweat band attaches perfectly. Wish Ratchet was alittle lower but not bad. I'd suggest it to anyone!

Nice Hard Hat Suspension
The ability to reverse works well when you have to stick your head in a place the bill gets in the way. The padding all the way around makes it more comfortable. This suspension supports the shell better than the standard suspension. I have been wearing it for a few weeks and really do appreciate it!
