This is definitely a go-to for anyone who is anemic
I have been anemic for quite some time always taking iron pills daily suffering from the side effects of constipation from the iron pills just a consistent battle and my iron levels were always down. Some time ago (10 years) I needed to supplement my diet with iron. My doctor recommended an over the counter supplement but, the more I read about OTC iron supplement and the subscription kind I realized that there can be some side effects in taking them.
