Perfect for a home gym, love the feel as I throw up them LBs...and the small footprint in my garage, no regrets!
Eliminates an entire rack of dumbbells. What else could be better? The weight distribution, feel of the handle and dimensions of the weight you're lifting, get you as close to being in the gym as possible. The PB rack is a must, and of a course get yourself a mirror, and you are good to go! Some minor drawbacks are that the black coating has started to chip in some areas. That's of course due to contact, and I guess it gives your weights some character, but I like them to look sleek and well kept at all times. I followed another buyer's recommendation and sprayed silicone lubricant in between each weight block, and that has made everything slide that much better.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This works better than expected!
Great for my home gym since I don't have a lot of room. I think I like this setup better than 1" weight set I was using for dumbbells because the width of the weights are no bigger than what it's setup for. With the plates slapped on a bar, working around the bar in some exercises was an annoyance. I'm still happy with graduating away from the 1" set, because the plates slipped off once and I've never really trusted the collars since. This setup is much more solid once weight is set. For 10lb increments, adjustments are a breeze, but for smaller increments. IMHO is a bit more tedious, but not difficult. It just requires an extra step of pulling the handle out and dropping the pin weights out. Only downside, it's on the fence of what I need in dumbbells, so it works for my routines for now. But... I'm looking for the stage2 upgrade and their hard to find and / or expensive due to lack of availability.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Quality adjustable dumbbells
Did quite a bit of research before deciding on a pair of adjustable dumbbells. I doubt I'm the only one looking for a solution in covid. These came out on top of the pack. The locking mechanism isn't the most sophisticated in the world but I have a feeling it won't ever break, or if so is easily replaceable.
