Light and sturdy, but not a flawless design
The materials seem to be high quality which is great, but the design makes it a bit flimsy at the backboard no matter how tightened it is. The lowest incline isn't very usable due to a big part of the metal between the seat and the back support being exposed, which makes it too uncomfortable for exercises. Which is a shame since the seat is permanently inclined for that, but it makes it less comfortable for upright exercises. I had issues during putting the bench together due to one of the holes being a bit worn, possibly from being a lightly used then returned product. It would NOT tighten because the screw would start rotating, so I had to jam a piece of plastic to prevent that. I would've returned the specific product I received but it's way too much hassle.

Good for home medium to light weight
This is a good not heavy duty bench. It assembles easy and the design is practical for keeping the price down. If you are big or using heavy weights or just rough on your stuff get a heavier more expensive bench. Only drawback is that if you move it by the back the brace slips out of the slot so you just have to move it differently or pay the extra to the one that has the lock or pin at the brace.
