So much better than messing around with string!!!
Lasts much longer than string. Cuts much better than string. So much easier to replace than string. It took me far too long how to figure out how to attach to an EGO electric trimmer than it should have. Once I figured out the nuts & bolts of it, I am never going back to string!!!
