Lightweight & Effective
I like the Mary Kay brand of eye primer as it's not greasy nor does it dry up. It has an even moisture/dry application that makes applying eyeshadow effortless. I also don't feel it clumping up or allowing the eyeshadow to cake up in areas of the eyelid. It seems to allow the skin to breath as well as it doesn't feel like a cream or not like a gel that dries to a clay base. It's easy to remove...simply wash off with a skin cleaner and water.
