Finest Stripper
I've used regular and corn mandoline slicers, electric knives, etc. All with varying results. This tools is by far the best I've used. Wish I had this 10 years ago. Super sharp, quick and easy operation. Great for a couple of ears for a meal or a whole batch for processing.
