Great label printer for the price.
It works great, took me a long time to set up. Getting the sizing of the printer to print correctly took a lot of test runs. I used internet explorer to print at first because one of the reviews says recommend internet explorer. But I ended up using Adobe acrobat reader to open up documents to print, it's basically the same as internet explorer but now I don't need to open up internet explorer can stick with Google chrome. You can do either way, it'll work. I recommend this label printer, just need to take some time and get it right!Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Makes my shipping so much faster
I love this printer because it makes shipping so much faster and easier for my business. I used to have to print the labels on paper, cut, tape, etc. The only thing I don't like is the darkness of the print. Excellent Label Printer
This seems to be a high quality printer for the money and came with 3 rolls of paper. We got tired of using the big stick labels and constantly running out of ink on our regular printer. The only draw back to this label printer is that it's kind of tricky to get setup and properly working but if you follow all the directions to the letter, it works good after it's up and running. One other minor drawback is that you have to use internet Explorer to print from, as I like Google Chrome but it does not function properly with Chrome. Cant go with out!
Just had to put some 191 alcohol on bar at top, works very good, was tedious at first, but learned that if you print from PDF, open second time in PDF and it prints perfect,Other than that it will print jagged lines on faded. Good old fashion work horse from the mid-2000's. This is a great deal, and I have a feeling it will last a long time! Super easy to set up, just follow the instructions. They say it is not plug n play but it worked like a charm for me. My PC found it no problem and I was up and printing in a matter of minutes. Looking forward to not having to buy ink! Solid performer
My old LP2844 was dying a slow ignoble death. The ZP500 was easy to install and works much better than the old one. I'm having trouble printing FedEx labels with it, but I don't use them very much anyway. Worked perfectly for UPS and USPS, so I'm happy.
