The only sugarless sweetener for a proper cup of English tea. Forget sweet and low and all the other packet sweeteners. If you want a good tasting cup of English dand cant have sugar, this is the perfect substitute. All the health scares have been proven to be that just scares. 1/4 grain equals one teaspoon of sugar.
