This Panasonic three blade shaver system is equipped with 30 degree ultra thin Nanotech blades mounted on a pivoting head. The three blades can move independently of each other for a close shave every time that never burns or itches. Stainless steel blade construction allows for hypoallergenic comfort for men with sensitive skin. The ergonomic foils can slide over the face, neck, and scalp to give you contoured, effortless shaving every time you use it. A high powered 10,000 rpm motor can provide plenty of power to cut through thick, stubborn stubble and beard hair without skipping, and the flexible rotating head contours to the skin for a close shave. The 100% waterproof case of the Panasonic ES-RT51-S measures 6 x 1.6 x 2.4 inches and weighs 7 ounces. It has an easy grip with rubberized sides and back. Accessories include an AC power adapter, a travel pouch, and a cleaning brush to keep your razor well maintained at home or while traveling. This electric razor operates equally well for wet/dry operation. You can dry shave anytime, so this shaver is ideal to keep in a briefcase, travel bag, or gym locker for grooming touch ups. This electric razor can perform equally well in the shower with gel, foam, or preshave oil. For best results, hold the razor at a 90 degree angle to your skin and move it back and forth over the skin. Only gentle pressure is needed to get smooth, even results. Other features include a five stage LCD power indicator, so you can always know the battery life remaining in 20% increments. The charge indicator reminds you to plug it in when power is low. The unit fully charges in one hour, and then it's ready to be used again. Great Value
Long time user of the Panasonic shavers and the ES-RT51S is the latest great value. Spending much less than $100, it gives you a great shave and the charge last close to a month before needing re-charging. I in most cases use a little shaving cream which seems to give a closer shave. It's not as close as the blade, but I probably use it 6 out of 7 days a week when I'm not meeting anyone important.

I shave every morning and I get a clean smooth shave. I shave dry with no water or shaving cream. Very quiet so it doesn’t wake up the house and I have shaved 10 times with with the battery still at 60%. I had a Panasonic es8228 before and this is a much better buy and shave.
