Clear and compact...
I love the Fitdeck series; no more carrying around heavy books and flicking through them endlessly to find the right page! These cards are light and easy to carry around with clear illustrated instructions. They're also colour-coded to make it even easier to get a balanced workout. I just randomly pick a couple of cards from each section each time and the varied program keeps me motivated. I opened up the deck and got out four mixed up cards for me to workout to. I do each card four times and this will give me a good workout. If it is not enough for the more energenic person or persons, just shuffle the deck again and draw out four more cards to do four times each. Soon one will be tired. Trust me.
