This is my favorite handlebar tape!
This tape is similar to pure silicone handlebar tapes, but this is a polyurethane. This tape is very easy to install, easy to re-wrap, provides great padding, and has excellent grip even when wet. I like this tape so much I plan to purchase a few rolls to keep on hand for future needs, in case FSA either changes this tape or stops producing it.

Buy for cool and dry climates only
Although the wrap has a nice cushion and tacky feel in a dry climate it turns into a sweaty mess on hot humid days. I had to rewrap with my old cheap Giant wrap so my hands wouldn't slip off the handle bars in Oklahoma summer weather.
