Takes edge off anxiety
While the intended use from name is "Sleep", I have found it very good for taking the edge off of my struggles with anxiety. I have since also tried Solaray's "Nerve" blend, which has some similar ingredients, and with very similar results. While it didn't help my sleep, it really does have a good, natural calming effect.
