I almost got the highly rated one at the top of the search but, I'm sticking with this!!!
I use this to sleep better and it works like a charm since tart cherry boosts your melatonin Naturally. I take it before bed. I almost got the brand at the top of my tart cherry capsule search which had 34 reviews but, the only negative reviewer had opened the capsule to find a Grey powder inside?? Wth, grey powder??? I'll stick with these as i can Clearly see through the vegetarian capsule that they are Indeed filled with mostly cherry powder and not some Mystery concoction!!!! Capsules are DARK red - the way it's supposed to be!
When you see this capsule, it is a DARK red, the way cherries are supposed to look. I've purchased Tart Cherry for arthritis from many well-known companies and the capsules were from a dark pink to a light pink. This told me that the product was well diluted with rice powder to save costs. However, with Soloray, the capsule, as I said, was a DARK red - just like the cherry skins.
