I was getting a check engine light and "Tighten Gas Cap" errors daily on a used Tahoe I had recently purchased. Garage wanted to replace fuel pump/sending unit for $1200.00, saying there was a leak around the unit. The gas cap on the vehicle was not like the old on my old Tahoe so I ordered this one.
