The product is high quality, heavy duty and hasn't shown any sign of rust - it's been out in the rain for a few weeks now. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the ad said 250w to 300w panels are suitable and show 4 panels mounted. My panels are 250w but only 2 fit comfortably, 3 with some overhang. But it was my fault for not measuring my panels before purchasing. The Ad does show the dimensions of the rack.

It’s good metal and hardware but the directions are worthless. Most of the frame is pretty easy to figure out, but the rail inserts are a pain. Just a couple more pictures would have been nice.

Mounting was fairly easy to install but the directions are very poor. Just study the picture and you can figure out the mounting hardware. I built the legs first and then built the frame separately. Once I mounted the legs on the roof, it was easy to just attach the frame to the legs. It made it fairly easy to do. If you dont have someone help you, I would suggest that you clamp the solar panels to the frame. You will need both hands to attach the mounting hardware to the frame. Besides the awful directions, the mounting system is pretty good and works quite well.

I bought four of these racks on the Memorial Day sale. There are two issues that keep this from being rated 5 star, 1. The assembly instructions are poorly written. 2. There were 3 missing washers. I have read reviews from others mentioning missing parts so the factory needs to tighten up quality control in being sure all the parts are included.

Mettle and bolts/nuts can be purchased at a building supply store. However, the unit was purchased and went together quickly. Two of the center clamps had anchors that would not take the bolt. I tried to e-mail the supplier for replacement parts and even called a number provided. NO response. Sometimes improvisation works just as well. When placing your panels on the rack, be sure to determine where the clamps will go. The bolts holding the horizontal racks together may interfere if you are haphazard in your efforts. My next rack will be built from builder supply stores and clamps will be purchased from reputable vendors.
